Sales Ledger – Burnley
Salary – Negotiable
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Ref – 27293
The role will be part of a small sales ledger team and duties will include:
- Credit control – internal and external debtors
- Collating & posting the banking
- Posting remittances and items off the bank
- Reconciling the bank
- Reconciling Service Plan direct debits & dealing with any variances
- Collating and posting the internal sales & vehicle sales ledgers (intercompany)
- Any ad-hoc duties to assist the team
The successful candidate will have experience of sales ledger/sales ledger assistant and working in a busy environment. A good understanding of Excel and fast data entry skills are also key to the success of the role.
- Ideally, I want someone with motor trade experience but not essential.
