Summary
Enthusiastic bar staff required to provide an excellent guest drinking experience
Responsibilities;
Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
Satisfying customer requests in a timely and attentive manner
Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
Collecting payment for drinks served and using the till system to process change
Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
Keeping a well stocked bar and cleaning and tidying customer and bar area to maintain a sanitary environment
Requirements;
Applicants must be over the age of 18 with proof of right to work
Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential- full training provided
Attention to detail is a must
Reliable, good timekeeper required
References from previous employers
Flexible shifts Monday to Sunday between the hours of 11.30am and 2am
Hourly rate Above NM Wage
Weekly paid
100% of tips kept, no shared pooling
Must be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays over the festive period
