Title: LGV Cat C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driver / HGV Driver Job:- C1 / 7.5t Drivers Required
Location:- Basingstoke
Pay:- £17.81 Per Hour (Umbrella) or £14.50 (PAYE)
The Best Connection have partnered with a large Blue Chip client who are looking for Multiple 7.5t Drivers on a Temp to Perm contract. The role will involve working as a 2 person team delivering and installing goods in customers homes. Heavy lifting involved.
Responsibilities of the C1 / 7.5t Driver:- Aid in the loading of the vehicle. Operate a C1 / 7.5t vehicle from Basingstoke to various locations the Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West London. Delivering exceptional customer service when delivering goods. Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others daily to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner. Follow all required safety policies and procedures. Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
