Summary

Fund Management Specialist, Third Party Oversight - Glasgow

We are working with a leading UK wealth management and professional services group to find a talented individual to join their Fund Oversight team in Glasgow. In this role, you will support the oversight of Fund Sponsors and Delegate Service Partners, ensuring they meet performance standards in Portfolio Valuation (NAV Production), Financial Reporting, and Transfer Agency services while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolving delegate queries.
Review and update departmental procedures as necessary.
Collaborate with Relationship Management teams to manage interactions with Fund Sponsors
Ensure regulatory compliance and fair treatment of sponsors and end-investors.
Monitor and manage data according to company policies and identify risks and opportunities.


Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Portfolio Valuations and/or Financial Reporting teams.
Strong understanding of ACD's oversight responsibilities and the FCA regulatory framework.
Experience in the Authorised Funds sector and familiarity with industry best practices.
Professional qualifications such as the CISI Investment Operations Certificate are desirable.
