Your new role:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients
- Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
