UHI Moray have an exciting opportunity arise within the DYW (Developing the Young Workforce) team. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to the post of School Co-Ordinator. Successful Applicants will ideally be educated to HNC level or have equivalent experience in a similar role.

The role of DYW School Coordinators is to support schools and the DYW Moray Programme Manager in embedding the Developing the Young Workforce Strategy within the curriculum by developing and implementing a structured employer engagement programme tailored to Moray’s demographics. The role also involves creating long-term business-school partnerships, contributing to the achievement of both local and national KPIs, and driving forward the DYW agenda in alignment with national priorities on employability and career education.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, high IT literacy, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This post primarily is working in partnership with Milnes High School and therefore the candidate should be flexible and willing to travel to other locations as the job requires.
