Summary

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Painting Operative to join our successful Structures Team. As our Painting Operative you will provide general operative support as well as painting and coating works to contribute to multiple projects and assist divisional programme delivery. This is a permanent, full time position based in Central London.

The duties of the Painting Operative role will include:

-Undertaking a variety of painting and labouring activities on structural engineering projects

-Having a full understanding of the scope of works that is to be undertaken

-Carrying out all works with care and with attention to safety, using the appropriate tools and safeguard

-Having an understanding and ability in providing skills and supporting resources for a number of skills required on construction sites

-Following procedures set out in task specific RAMS and to ensure that all others involved in the task do so as well

-Ensuring that tools and equipment are in good condition and appropriate to the task before use

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a Painting Operative with industrial painting and coatings experience. You will hold a CSCS Card and a valid ICATS certification. You will ideally have a full UK driving license.
