123 Recruitment and Training the UK leading Insolvency Recruitment specialist are working with a number of clients who are on the lookout for a number of experienced IVA Customer Support Advisors looking to build a long-term career within a growing and finically well-backed client.
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of up to £23,000 – with an OTE of £30,000 working Monday to Friday.
Our client is an ambitious and forward-thinking company where the Directors have been within the financial services sector for over 30 years.
This position within the company will give you a clear opportunity to progress to senior levels due to the current growth and success of the business. In your first week in this IVA Customer Support Advisor role, you can expect to:
Speak to all new clients who have made an inquiry looking for financial solutions Have a consultative nature with clients
Discuss income, expenditure, and solutions with the clients based on their current circumstances
Gather documents needed to send across to the processing team The skills required for the IVA Advisor role include:
Customer Service Experience
A genuine desire to succeed and to be part of a winning culture
A positive attitude and a can-do approach
A mindset that is based on helping the clients to achieve the best result
