Job title: Workday Analyst

This role will focus on maintaining and supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, and related modules, including Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Compensation. Key responsibilities include developing custom reports, managing data integrations, supporting payroll processes, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday HCM and Payroll, along with a relevant certification. This is a future-oriented opportunity for upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support the configuration of Workday HCM and related modules, such as Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management and Workday Compensation and Benefits.
Develop and generate custom Workday Reports to meet business needs, ensuring accuracy and relevance in data reporting.
Manage data integrations using Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and PICOF (Payroll Interface Connector Output File) to facilitate seamless data exchange between Workday and other systems.
Oversee and execute Workday Payroll processes, ensuring accurate payroll data and compliance with payroll regulations.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Workday features and configurations to ensure functionality aligns with user requirements and business goals.
Support the Workday Business Process Framework by maintaining and optimizing workflows and approvals, aligning with organizational standards and best practices.
Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, addressing any issues related to employee compensation and benefit plans.
Provide day-to-day support for users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related inquiries.
Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and support any system changes or updates.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Required skills and experience:

Proven experience with Workday HCM and Workday Payroll modules.
Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and the ability to develop custom reports.
Experience in Workday EIB and PICOF for data integration and payroll processing.
Familiarity with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management and Workday Compensation and Benefits.
Understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework to support workflows and process improvements.
Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring new features meet functional and business requirements.
Workday certification in HCM or Payroll.
