Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up from existing
customer and colleagues.
• Work with the group to grow UK Sales within dedicated field.
• Capture the opportunity to improve and future proof with all NEW products
available on the market.
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying
their company’s products or services
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services
to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
• Developing relationships with potential clients
• Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
Requirements and skills
• Proven inside sales experience
• Proven to have good knowledge and understanding of Fire extinguishers in
accordance with British Standards manufacturers guidelines and BAFE
standards SP101
• Strong phone presence and experience in converting sales alongside being
comfortable talking with others.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals
• Good Written & Oral Communication skills alongside time management &
Organisational skills.
• Ability to Listen to Concerns & Handle Criticism without taking it personally.
