Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
• Manage accounts to increase online sales via website, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WeChat, and other social media or partner platforms.
• Collaborate with senior staff on product range, sales strategy, and setting sales targets.
• Assist with online promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and analyse responses.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
• Experience in online sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
