Summary
Nailscape London Ltd, trading as The Nailscape, is a specialty beauty salon establishment in Covent Garden, Central London, that primarily offers nail care services for ladies and gentlemen about hands and feet, such as manicures, pedicures, nail repair, nail polish application and nail enhancements.
Due to business expansion, they are seeking an Online Sales Assistant and a Nail Salon Manager to join their team

Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 per year
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth running and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate staff, including scheduling and training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the salon.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent service.
• Manage salon stock, order supplies, and track inventory.
• Promote salon services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor salon financials, including sales and expenses.
• Report directly to the Director.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a salon management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
