Are you a Chartered Structural Engineer keen to join a north London based Structural Consultancy working on architecturally complex projects in the UK? This role represents an opportunity to lead a team which has a reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions for high-profile projects.

Due to their continue growth and success, they are seeking an Associate structural engineer for their dynamic team in North London. Their projects are very diverse from £5m bespoke residential newbuilds through to high-rise projects up to £150m in value, and everything in between. These include cultural structures, care homes, medical facilities, education structures and commercial/mixed use of both a new build and refurbishment nature.

Many of their clients are unique to them due to a strong reputation for project delivery developed over the last 30 years.

As an Associate structural engineer, you will play a key role in managing and delivering projects and will have experience in RC and steel design as well as refurbishment projects.

- Take the lead on structural design for structural projects, managing from concept through to delivery
- Ensure technical quality on deliverables
- Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrable ability to build & maintain strong relationships
- Provide technical expertise, offering solutions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure an integrated approach to delivery
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, supporting their professional development
- Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and expanding the firm's client base

Essential Skills:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience with a UK consultancy, working on large-scale schemes
- Extensive experience across a broad range of structural projects
- Able to manage and nurture client relationships
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Chartered (MIStructE or MICE)
