Your new company
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactiveFinance Officer to join their public sector organisation, they pridesthemselves on looking after their customers.
Your new role
As the Finance Officer you will be responsiblefor ensuring that members' payments and payroll deductions are processed in atimely manner. All transactions are reconciled daily, and invoices areprocessed in line with the credit union's policies and procedures.
- Perform daily reconciliation via SAGE and Excel.
- Process payroll deductions and invoices.
- Update member details and process any changes.
- Handle payment and customer queries and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate financial records anddocumentation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Experience workingwithin a finance role.
- Excellent attention todetail.
- Excellentinterpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Sage200.
- High level of accuracyin all areas of your work.
