Stark Supply Chain Solutions in Hull a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Customer Experience Consultant who's as passionate about great service as we are. This is at least a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.

Operating Hours

Monday to Friday 8-5pm or 830 to 5pm

*Part Time / Flexible working applicants welcomed

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely completion of customer requests
  • Prioritise the customer in all situations - ensuring we meet their needs and communicate effectively, helping us to become easier to do business with
  • Liaise with the Category team to assist customer enquiries
  • Ensure adherence to the companies SLA
  • Work as a team to build a strong / robust customer service culture within SCS
  • Accurate processing of customer orders, professional telephone calls, general office admin, effective dealing of complaints, credit notes, abeyances, NCR's etc
  • Continuous development of self; look for training needs / opportunities
  • Follow company processes to improve service to group customers
  • Keep up to date with any changes in products, and company news
  • Play role in company projects as required
  • Support manager to achieve team objectives
  • Flexibility to work across departments

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Previous Customer Services experience is essential
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work accordingly
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Strong communication skills
