Crynodeb
The postholder will nurture key relationships and maintain networks internally and externally, including national networks. Key relationships will include: ICS CYP Respiratory Network. ICS Adult Respiratory Network. ICB staff, clinical leads, practices, lay members and patient representatives. Women and Childrens Commissioning staff and other ICB teams. Local Councils including Childrens Commissioning and Public Health. Service Providers including NHS Trusts, Community providers, Primary care colleagues, Independent Contractors, Local Authorities and the Voluntary Sector. Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive and contentious information, presenting information, to a wide range of stakeholders in a formal setting. Committed to working and engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders on a range of issues. Link with managers and members of other functions, to address interdependencies and ensure alignment. Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the impact of any change. Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Ensure that EDI is considered in all aspects of project delivery. Support development of Equality Impact Assessments to enhance the organisations drive to address health inequalities in all we do. Ensure up to date knowledge and sensitivity to equality, diversity and inclusion themes and priorities, with the aim of supporting a team culture where people feel valued, respected and safe to be themselves at work.
