Support, Time and Recovery worker is a valued member of our MDT. The successful candidate will be expected to carry a supervised caseload, working and supporting service users in the community to be the best they can be on their recovery journey. We value relationships with our team and the community, and want to ensure that the successful candidate will be able to help add to our community through experiences and their working knowledge. They would be an active part of the MDT team, advising on current needs of service users/families/carers and being able to support them when further or other input is required and needed.
To work within the MDT approach, using the recovery model, be able to provide appropriate, holistic care to service users, whilst also thinking of and working with families and carers.
Focusing on the direct needs of the service users, working with other disciplines and across boundaries to maximise care delivery with limited resources for the best of service users.
