Other aspects of the role will include :- Developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients within appropriate professional boundaries Providing direct support to young people and their families, by carrying out nursing interventions, as agreed in individualized treatment plans. Assisting in meeting the dietary needs of patients according to their care plan. Ensure positive regard to all young people, being sensitive and caring regardless of illness, religion, culture and beliefs. Promoting a positive approach to a harmonious working environment and personally act as a role model Maintain effective communication & record all nursing interventions as directed. To work with senior staff to apply evidence-based practice or best practice in the work setting.
