Summary
To develop expertise and resources to provide sound clinical advice where necessary and coordinate with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach to patient care for patients with MND. 2. To lead and co-ordinate MND MDT meetings 3. To provide home visits as well as clinics where patient assessments are carried out to enable appropriate interventions to be implemented, utilising the wider multidisciplinary team. 4. To monitor local provision against relevant best practice guidance, working as a colleague with other MND coordinators and neurological specialists across the London North Central Integrated Care System (ICS).
