Job Advert
Are you passionate about improving community health through innovative solutions? We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic Community
Health Engagement Officer (CHEO) to support the delivery of technology-enabled care programs. In this role, you’ll engage with
local communities, empower individuals with digital health tools, and help shape the future of care.
The CHEO role offers an exciting and unique opportunity available that will involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders
(including Essex County Council, GP Surgeries, Charities, and other individuals and organisations) to understand, shape and
ultimately improve our service, ensuring customers are at the forefront of service delivery and decision making. You will be
pivotal in driving integration and collaboration of the service forward whilst looking at shared understanding of priorities,
pathways and supporting joint working initiatives.
You will be:
* Creating and implementing structures to manage key stakeholder relationships
* Designing and leading customer and stakeholder forums
* Coordinating and delivering feedback from stakeholders, and customers, which may be obtained in a variety of formats and at
different times
* creating actionable insights into the needs and views on how the service can be improved
Do you have:
* Experience in designing and leading customer forums?
* A genuine interest in developing links in the local community?
* Demonstrable experience of working with multiple stakeholders?
* Evidence of engaging groups of potentially hard to reach customers in a business?
* Great experience in influencing and even better communication skills?
The successful candidate will benefit from an in-depth induction programme into our business. However, a genuine interest in
developing links with the local community, the ability to build strong working relationships and be driven by success with a
customer focus and analytical flair along with demonstrable experience of developing and obtaining buy-in and embedding customer
service strategies, processes and practices in a similar role will set you on the right path.
What can we offer you?
* Up to £39,000 depending on experience
* Monday – Friday 08:00 -17.00 (40 hours a week)
* Opportunities to network with internal and external stakeholders
* Up to 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus optional 5 unpaid days
* Company Pension Scheme
* Life Assurance
* A rewards scheme – 200+ exclusive perks and discounts from leading retailers and leisure outlets
