The role requires an experienced manager who will line manage Team Leaders in the Cancer Care PPC Team and motivate the team to adhere to the Trust Values as well as build on working relationships with Cancer Care Outpatients and the OAC.
The successful candidate will deliver the Care Group's vision for improving the PPC service provided and must be engaged with the various improvement projects across the Trust. The post holder should also provide evidence of successfully managing a budget and either delivering or supporting the delivery of a CIP.

Line management of an Operations Coordinator and supervision of the PPCs teams in cancer care
Project management and supporting various improvement initiatives within the care group & across the Trust
Ensuring high quality data capture by monitoring various reports and checking the volume of work delivered
Providing training and expertise to teams on a variety of work related topics.
