A wonderful family based in Earl's Court, London is looking for a Live in Nanny-Housekeeper to help them in looking after their charming toddler and school-aged child whilst maintaining the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone with strong housekeeping skills as this will be the focus of the role. Someone who is an all rounder who can help with childcare when needed, needs to be a good team player who can work alongside another Nanny in looking after their children. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the family.
Someone who could speak the Spanish language is ideal however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with breaks in the day, 50 hours per week
Accommodation: Separate flat within the building with own bedroom, kitchen and own bathroom (the family use the living room as a play room for the children)
Duties include:
assisting with bath time routine
dressing the children
cleaning them up after every meal
preparing various age appropriate activities
helping the older child with homework
making sure they are always happy and safe
changing nappies
cleaning and sterilising bottles
preparing milk for the little one
helping with bedtime routine
keeping the kitchen clean at all times
mopping the floor
doing laundry and ironing
organising their clothes
washing the dishes
cooking simple dishes for the family
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family
