The sales coordinator will support, ensure smooth operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. This individual will act as a bridge between customers, the sales, and credit providers, managing inquiries, organising documentation, and contributing to the company’s sales goals.
Main duties include:
• Assist the sales with customer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Manage sales records, including contracts, financing agreements, and payment schedules.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries and guiding them through the purchasing process.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing ongoing support.
• Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and sales appointments.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for timely and cost-effective vehicle procurement.
• Support management to boost sales and meet marketing trends.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in sales support or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of credit financing processes is an advantage.
