Crynodeb
An interest in working with people with complex and significant mental health problems is vital and we see this as an ideal opportunity to develop more specialist skills. Its important you have strong communication skills and you can work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively with colleagues. A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and develop your practice is vital. There are tight deadlines, and you will be often under pressure but you will be supported throughout your time with the team and we invest time and energy in developing you as a clinician. You will have to make difficult decisions but having a supportive and experienced team and management alongside you, helps with that process.
