We are recruiting for Industrial Embroidery Machinist and Heat Transfer Specialists on behalf of our client in Preston.
As an Industrial Embroidery Machinist and Heat Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines and heat transfer equipment to produce custom designs on various textiles. Your attention to detail and precision will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
working hours are 07.30 -16.30
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial embroidery machines to create custom designs on garments and other textiles.
Set up and adjust machines according to design specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery and heat transfer equipment.
Apply heat transfer designs to garments using heat press machines.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate execution of custom designs.
Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines and heat transfer equipment.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Ability to read and interpret design specifications.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
