As a Centralised Dispensing Lead you will be responsible for driving both the strategic direction and daily operations of our three centralised dispensing sites—MediPAC, NuPAC, and Hey Pharmacist (DSP). As a key growth area in our business, these sites are at the forefront of the evolving healthcare landscape, with an ever-increasing focus on online services and industry-wide deregulation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of pharmaceutical dispensing and play a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding sector.

- Monitoring and tracking of daily operational performance
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Propositions development
- Management of departmental quality and patient safety
- Development of Digital Pharmacy solutions roadmaps
What makes you tick
- Experience with process mapping & improvement
- Experience within a pharmacy contract and automation
- LEAN or CI Qualification desirable
