Summary
CNC Machining Centre Operator (Glenrothes)
We're seeking a CNC Machining Centre Operator to join our team in Glenrothes on a full-time basis (37 hours, day shift, with some flexibility required).
About the Role:
You'll set, operate, and program CNC systems to produce components to exact customer specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in production.
- Adhering to Health & Safety procedures.
- Contributing to LEAN manufacturing and productivity improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Time-served CNC Miller with experience using Fanuc systems.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
