Overview
Our client is looking for a Test & Assembly operative to join their team. This role will focus on assembling electrical control panels to high standards, supporting design improvements and performing thorough testing to ensure quality. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and room for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and wire control panels and isolators following technical specifications.
- Assist in the design and refinement of complex electrical panels.
- Perform rigorous testing on completed panels, adhering to safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate testing records and issue certificates as required.
- Ensure the workspace is safe, organised and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in electrical panel assembly or testing is advantageous.
- Desirable but not essential qualifications include the 18th Edition or similar certifications.
- Willingness to learn on the job with training provided where needed.
