Senior Healthcare Records Team Leader Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Senior Healthcare Records Team Leader at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. We are seeking an energetic and confident person who will support the Deputy Healthcare Records Manager to provide a high quality and effective health records service. The Healthcare Records Department manages over 600,000 records in an on-site library, across the hospital and in an external storage location. The role will include the management of staff and ensuring resources are prioritised to manage all the day to day activities of the service. The successful candidate must have previous experience in leading or supervising people. Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with colleagues, clinicians, patients and visitors.
