We are seeking a Part Time (27 hours per week) Administration Support Officer to work in our friendly, dynamic, and often hectic office based on Surrey Research Park in Guildford

Reporting to our Business and Commercial Manager, you will be providing administration and marketing support to our busy Executive team. Working closely with Senior Managers across the organisation, you will be responsible for the management of social media content, updating of website content, and compilation of internal and external marketing collateral. Supporting our Board of Directors with comprehensive and confidential support, you will provide full administration services such as taking and writing up of minutes, preparation of presentations, diary management, and report writing. Managing our busy office will also be part of your role, ensuring we have everything we need to function as a busy organisation. With no two days the same, you should be able to prioritise your workload in order to achieve the best possible outcomes, and confident enough to deputise for our Executive Assistant in their absence

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

• Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to organise and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving and change oriented environment
• Ability to manage own workload
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident working with diverse work force
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Powerpoint, Excel
• Ability to organise and run meetings via Teams
• Reliable with a drive to learn and develop new skills
• Knowledge of publishing/design software such as Canva a distinct advantage
