Test Technician
Permanent role, Based in West Lothian, Competitive salary, Day Shift 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday.
Are you ready to take on an exciting role in mechanical testing? We're looking for a Test Technician to join our dynamic team in the Test Laboratory.
What you'll do:
- Perform mechanical testing of engineering structures and components.
- Support product testing from concept to production and ensure compliance with client and internal specifications.
- Assemble full-scale test rigs, monitor testing activities, and compile technical data and reports.
- Apply and calibrate strain monitoring instrumentation while adhering to quality standards like ISO 17025.
What we're looking for:
- ONC/HNC in mechanical engineering or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
