Job Title: General Warehouse Operative
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Half-hour paid break)
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Warehouse Operative to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, loading and unloading containers of white goods, heavy lifting, and general housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Picking and packing white goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading containers
• Heavy lifting and manual handling
• General warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Working independently as well as part of a team
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Must be based in Leighton Buzzard
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Ability to lift heavy goods safely
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
