About the role

Completing a horticultural qualification through idverde's own performance campus where you will study horticulture over the course of two years. This will complement the work experience you will be gaining on the ground, allowing you to put theory into practice. You can apply for this course whether you do or do not hold any previous experience as a gardener.

Requirements

  • GSCE in English and Maths desirable (Grad C or 4 or above)
  • A genuine interest in working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to undergo training and assessments as part of the apprenticeship program.
  • Openness to continuing education and training opportunities.
  • Willingness to learn to use various gardening and landscaping tools and machinery safely.
