A chance to join a leading commercial property management business in the City of London, looking for an AP Assistant with service charge invoicing experience for a 9-month FTC.
Your new role
- High volume invoice processing (circa 500 across team of 5)
- Posting invoices to service charge
- Raising tenant invoices
- Liaising with tenants, clients
- Ensuring correct coding / accuracy
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Supporting with payment runs
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within AP for a property company
- Some property accounts experience ideal
- Yardi experience a bonus
