Crynodeb
You will be working with young adults with complex needs, aged from 19 to 25 years old and will support with PEG/Gastrostomy/Tracheostomy care, epilepsy management, asthma management, diabetes management etc. You will play a fundamental role in the assessment, planning, delivery and review of nursing care for each individual student and their specific needs, supervise 2 Nursing Assistants and oversee all aspects of medication management.
