In this role, You will work alongside a talented team to produce engaging digital designs for a variety of materials. This includes websites, social media content, presentations, Google Ads, and email campaigns. Your creativity will play a key role in elevating employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Design: Produce eye-catching designs across digital platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to brainstorm and implement design ideas that align with campaign objectives.
Independent Thinking: Take initiative on projects, bringing fresh ideas to the table and driving design excellence.
Efficiency: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with an early Friday finish at 3.58 pm.
26 days annual leave, including a guaranteed birthday day off and Christmas closed down.
Hybrid working - min. 3 days in the studio

The Person

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A degree in Web/UX/UI/Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Familiarity with Figma, Google Web Designer, and platforms like Mailchimp is a bonus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-working skills.
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
