Your new company
A great land and property owner across the UK with over £2.5 billion in assets and currently looking to grow their property management team in Manchester. The company as a whole is 300 strong and has a family, warm and caring feel to it. They are based in Trafford and so are easily accessible on public transport but also driving in as there is parking on site.
Your new role
In this role you will look after the existing assets in Salford which include, offices, retail units, parking and leisure sector buildings. You will inspect the properties, deliver rent reviews and lease renewals and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working as a property manager looking after commercial property. You will be enthusiastic and ready to work in a fast paced environment with a sociable and fun team.
