About the Role:

Due to some exciting growth, multiple projects ongoing and a great development pipeline, my client are on the look out for an Quanity Surveyor to join their team in Sittingbourne! As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and budgets throughout the lifecycle of construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing cost estimates
  • Tendering
  • Procurement
  • Ensuring the financial control of projects
  • Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and clients

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Knowledge of the full construction process
  • A proven track record of delivering profitable projects and driving success.
