Are you looking for a post based within our York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management Team? Are you a strong team player, kind, friendly with strong initiative? Then we may have the role for you!

YTHFM are looking for an approachable and flexible Clerical Officer to join our team in York.





The role will be office-based working in the admin team, providing a professional support service to patients and visitors and a variety of operational teams on the East Coast.

You will primarily be responsible for;
1. Ordering of stock and supplies through online systems and receipting of goods
2. General duties to suit the needs of the department
3. Providing administration support to the Catering department, ensuring all compliance documentation is recorded and stored in line with YTHFM procedures as well as general administration duties such as telephone enquiries, filing, and photocopying
