We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our training centre. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing programs designed for international students and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and contributing to the centre’s ongoing growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and oversee programs aimed at supporting international students and global clientele.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international educational institutions, students, and partners.

• Lead a team of trainers and administrative staff, managing recruitment, performance reviews, and professional development.

• Evaluate and enhance the training curriculum to ensure alignment with international standards and the specific needs of clients.

• Drive client engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and program delivery.

• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to achieve operational goals.

• Use data-driven approaches to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

• University degree (any field of study).

• At least 5 years of experience in training management, operations, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of international education systems and the needs of international students and clients.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

• Proven expertise in curriculum development and training program delivery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor program success.

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern training methodologies.

**Desirable Attributes:**

• Experience in the international education sector or working with global clients.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-cultural teams and build strong networks.

• Familiarity with immigration policies and requirements for international students.
