Reporting to the Due Diligence Manager this role will be to support with the development, implementation and maintenance of the onboarding and ongoing DD processes across AmTrust International.
Essential functions of this role will include but are not limited to:
Carrying out due diligence checks on all new business requests, supporting 3rdparties with any queries and assisting with the issuing of relevant contracts.
Maintain orderly files and ensure relevant documentation remains up to date, updating inhouse data systems in line with required timeframes and keeping clear and in-depth notes on all processes.
Proactively handle queries from the business to conclusion, liaising with other areas of the business when required
Ensuring all matters are processed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner whilst demonstrating appropriate, consistent and complete consideration of our customers and potential customers’ interests, throughout our business, on a continuous basis.
The right candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be detail oriented, a good working knowledge of MS office, be an effective communicator - including the ability to have some difficult conversations - and consider yourself a people person and someone who thrives in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
