Your Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic colleague who is committed to supporting schools to strengthen their Whole School Approach to promoting the emotional health and well being of their children and young people.

About You

You will need a proven track record of self-assessment, analysis and supporting practice change in the fields of education and/or mental health. You will need strong relational practice and experience of working with a variety of stakeholders to enable you to formulate and deliver an evidence based programme of work to meet key performance indicators. You will be committed to your own professional development and be prepared to respond in a flexible way to meet the needs of our schools and our wider partnerships.
