Duties:
Developing work schedules for staff members.
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitoring and managing staff performance to achieve organisational goals.
Coordinating the activities of clerical, secretarial, and other staff.
Fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Conducting regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and implement improvements.
Engaging with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
Providing expert advice on road, rail, air, and sea travel options.
Offering recommendations for accommodations, considering client preferences and budget constraints.
Making and confirming travel and accommodation bookings for individual and group clients.
Coordinating group holidays and tours, ensuring seamless execution.
Developing customised itineraries based on client preferences and travel objectives.
Advising clients on currency exchange, passport/visa regulations, and health precautions.
Staying informed about travel-related regulations and communicating changes to clients.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and safety requirements.
Determining financial, staffing, and material needs for short- and long-term planning.
Developing and managing budgets to optimise financial resources.
Implementing cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
QUALIFICATION: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or above
SKILLS:
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of travel regulations, destinations, and industry trends.
Proficient in travel booking systems and relevant software.
EXPERIENCE:
Prospective employee should have at least one year practical experience in the relevant field.
