Summary

Are you a EA / PA looking for a new position in Rail Construction?

A Tier One Main Contractor is looking for a EA to work for them across their South West projects in Swindon and Bristol to support their Framework teams!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an EA and PA, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in managing teams and supporting various teams.

Offering:

£45,000 starting salary.

Hybrid working with 1 or 2 days in the Swindon office and 1 day in the Bristol office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing the administrative functions of the office
  • Rail perfromance, progression and planning
  • Programme planning and reporting
  • Dealing with health and safety
  • Maybe have used Procore and happy to train people in the system Procore
  • Coordinating office procedures and streamlining administrative systems
  • Provide an HR administration support service to all teams.
  • Dealing with payslips and payroll and timesheets.
  • Assisting with the recruitment team.
  • Maintain and monitor the HR administration systems and the HR database.
  • Maintaining records and tracking contracts
