Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Support the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
- Develop and implement person centred care plans for residents.
- Engage in activities that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in an elderly residential care setting.
- Proven shift leading experience.
- A commitment to going above and beyond for the people you support.
- A passion for getting involved in activities and making people smile.
