Static Maintenance Electrician - Guildford

Are you a skilled and experienced Electrician looking for a stable and rewarding role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits?

We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Static Electrician to join our team in Guildford. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment within our site.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment, including:

* Lighting, power, and control systems
* Motors, generators, and transformers
* Fire alarm systems and other safety equipment

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems
  • Carry out repairs and installations of electrical components and systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Work independently and as part of a team


What You'll Need:

  • A proven track record as a maintenance electrician with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge
  • Experience with PLC systems and control systems (desirable)


What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £42,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday working hours (8am - 5pm)
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
