Temporary Production Line Operative -Manufacturing
Location: Wetherby- Remote (Car required)
Hours: [8-5]
Contract: Temporary (6-8 Weeks)
Manpower are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit temporary staff member to join our production line for a period of 6-8 weeks at our clients manufacturing facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Production Line Operative- Manual & Automatic Filling of containers
- Labelling products and batch coding
- Carton Building & Filling for product packaging
- Ensuring Compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Regulations
- Maintaining Cleanliness by cleaning work surfaces and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Heavy Lifting (up to 25kg) - Moving containers and boxes from pallets to the production area
- Physically Strong & Fit - Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Own Transport - Must have a car as the site is in a remote location with limited public transport access
- Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in filling, labelling, and batch coding
- Ability to Work Under Pressure - Meet production targets and deadlines in a timely manner
- Team Player - Collaborate effectively with the production team
- Commitment to Health & Safety - Always adhere to PPE guidelines and safety procedures
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times, including a lab coat, hairnet, gloves, and safety boots (provided by Client).
- Hourly Rate: £11.44

- Location: Wetherby - Car required due to remote location
