Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and perform timely repairs to minimize disruption.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate and prioritize work orders and projects.
Document all plumbing work performed and maintain accurate records for ongoing maintenance and compliance purposes.
Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing their concerns.
Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in building services or maintenance.
Valid plumbing license and certifications in relevant areas.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water distribution and waste disposal systems.
Familiarity with installation and repair of fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to plumbing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with other staff.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.00
