In this role, you will work across our Digital Assurance and Digital Business Partnering teams, providing the necessary capacity and resilience to ensure we deliver an effective and responsive service. You will need to engage with a variety of stakeholders, clearly communicate how digital technology can enhance business outcomes, and confidently challenge when necessary.

The Digital Assurance and Business Partnering Associate’s role is to:

  • Support the Digital Assurance team in applying the cross-government spend controls process for digital and technology.
  • Assist the Digital Business Partnering team in working with portfolios of customers to surface and progress demand for digital services.
  • Ensure the timely and appropriate dissemination of information to customers.
  • Prepare documentation and other process requirements to support digital requests.
  • Oversee and support the delivery of individual work item.
