Summary
TAY Recruitment are currently looking for a experienced Roofer/Maintenance person for a well established company based near Rochdale. The company have numerous contracts around the UK and are looking for a number of people to join the company on a long term/permanent basis, although there will be an initial 13 week period working via the agency
The work will involve general maintenance on various contracts around the UK, ranging from shops to retails units to industrial facilities, telecommunication projects and will consist of flat roof installation or repair and general Handyman duties.

General installation and maintenance duties
Install, repair, and maintain flat roofs
Fabricate roofing materials as needed, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete roofing tasks.
Assisting rooftop team installing Telecoms devices
Requirements
A full UK driving licence (Vans are provided from day one)
A CSCS Card
Experience working in rooftop installations and maintenance contracts
THIS CONTRACT INVOLVES A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF TIME WORKING AWAY.
